PRE-ORDER

Due to high demand of this product we have opted to run a pre-order to give those the best chance to guarantee their purchase. This Pre-order will run for a limited time only and once closed any remaining stock will go on general sale. Stock will be limited and once sold out there will be simply No-Resale! 

 

SHIPPING 


What will my postage & packaging cost? 

  • UK Orders will cost £6 delivery and will be delivered by Royal Mail within 3-5 working days from date of dispatch (only once tracking code is received). 
  • European & ROW orders will cost £12 (EU) and £17.50 (ROW) &  will aim to be delivered by Royal Mail within 5-10 working days from date of dispatch ( only once tracking code is received). 


When can I expect my product? 

Please wait for your dispatch email to be sent via our store system. This will be sent once your order has been processed with your carrier Tracking number. 

  • UK Orders will aim to be received 3-5 workings days from date of dispatch.
  • European and ROW orders will aim to be received within 5-10 working days from date of dispatch. (this is subject to EU & International shipping time frames stated but can change due to high season)

IMPORTANT NOTE - The first batch of pre-orders closed on 31st October 2024, therefore if you placed your before or on this date your order has been sent off to manufacturing. We aim to ensure all orders are received by you within 30 days (30th November 2024) however this is subject to change. 

What if package doesn’t arrive?

What if i’m not at the address to take my package? 

Not to worry! We are sending your package via a secure and tracked service, these will be able to be posted to your address as would a normal letter so you will not need to be present to receive your item. 

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

What if I want to refund or return my product? 

Due to the nature of this product being made to order it is therefore non-refundable.

What if my product is faulty?

if your product is faulty you will have to let us know about this within 7 days of receiving your item.
